During our opening hours (Mon - Fri 9:00 to 5:00 DST) we will respond to all inquiries within 2 hours. Once we have investigated your request, we will:
- Tell you exactly how we can help
- Provide you a deadline for the work to be completed
- Advise you of the full cost
- If we fail to complete the job to your satisfaction, on time - you will not be charged a penny!*
* There are occasions when factors outside our control mean that deadlines are not met. These factors can include; problems with Internet connections, delays in receiving content and images from clients, and being unable to contact the client if further information is requested. If we are unable to meet the agreed deadline, due to any factor that is beyond our control, we will complete the job as quickly as we can and will still guarantee your complete satisfaction.
